After more than a decade spent in the music industry, it’s safe to say that Tim Clark knows what’s ear-catching. More importantly, though, he knows what’ll hold that attention. On his Warner Music Group debut, “Wake Up,” Clark flexes that muscle in a festival-facing framework that takes cues from the “future rave” sound popularized by David Guetta and MORTEN. “Wake Up” is ready for peak-time play, complete with pyrotechniques and other production accents. The Jessica Zenzen feature is his third single under his recently established Tim Clark project, and it’s one with considerable horsepower.
