After delivering his sound therapy EP earlier in the year on Monstercat, zensei ゼンセー has now made his formal original debut on Seeking Blue — after carrying out remix duties for Midnight Kids — with an eight-sided LP titled fun..

Preceded by a trifecta of album previews, fun. serves as the intertwining between the electronic dimensions of lo-fi, breakbeat, R&B, and house, which had previously earned him acknowledgement in iconic video game series like Fortnite and Rocket League and also caught the eye of Zedd earlier in September. And fun. is what would appear if one searched up the definition for the ideal fall weather album, with zensei ゼンセー continuing to polish his calming approach all the way from the LP’s title number down to its aptly branded outro, also calling in vocal assistance from the likes of dreamsuite, Delaney Kai and Mr. Hilroy.
