You can’t go to Goa without experiencing some proper psytrance. For those less familiar, Psytrance (also known as Goa Trance) has been deeply associated with Goa since it’s emergence as the main musical export of the beach town in the late 70s. It’s one of the most intricate and diverse genres being showcased at Sunburn Goa 2015, and the artists being brought in to headline the Psy stage are all pioneers of the genre. While you’re there, be sure to check out Ergorythmia’s set – his mind bending tracks and almost mystical sound and stage presence are the perfect soundtrack for the festival and are not to be missed.
